This could start to be a mini collection in itself. Aberystwyth (pronounced Ab-err-ist-width most closely in written English) is a seaside university town in mid-Wales, whose tourist heyday was 1800-1920. I think this was likely enamelled and gilded in Bohemia, rather than in Wales. The gilding is in particularly good order, but one "jewel"/cabochon is missing.
It is 10.8cm high.
This looks to be a type if not a splat vase in type even if it looks more like a drip nice though
