This is a 1999 Glass Eye Studios Round Sparkle Glass Paperweight. Still looking to find out what it is officially called. It has the "GES 99" etching on the polished base, which was very hard to capture in the 4th photo. Glass Eye Studios are in Seattle, Washington.
