This time a very loose, red honeycomb décor, with a cobalt blue knob. However the question is the same. Is it Welz or not?
See the link below to a post by welzebub. Image four has a Welz basket in red honeycomb but the honeycomb is much more regular.

Ooh. Difficult one! The best thing would be to find a similarly shaped bowl in a more recognisable décor and put them together... But it has the right feel. And definitely Czech tango!
