I LOVE this vintage french purse. It is handbeaded with microsmall beads and with a beautiful floral embroidery (Point de Beauvais). Both sides of the bag are eacually wonderful. The salmonpink interior fabric (believe it´s satin) has a pocket with a small mirror inside it also dressed in the same fabric. I have found a small handwritten note in a small pocket of the fabric of the mirror with an address... I will not write it here but will email Kyratango and see if the adress tells her something :)

The purse measures approx 15 cm x 11 cm.
It's hard to count the beads but it's about 25 beads per inch.

The bag has no label but I´m sure it´s french. The craft put in to this purse hold a high standard. Very beautiful and it's my pride and joy when it comes to purses.

Very nice!! I love anything vintage or antique from France. Most, like this, were over the top fancy and just very well made. Thanks for sharing!!!!

Wow! High quality beading, and Peking knot embroidery.
It is in perfect condition, how lovely :-)

The address you sent me is in Paris, near Champs Elysées and Arc de Triomphe, and is now a 4 stars hotel.

Thankyou kyratango so very much!! Great information. I guess Peking knot can be used as well but I have seen the Point de Beauvais. But the influence came from China via Italy from what I have red so maybe it's the same as Peking knot. Here is a more elaborate purse:
