This is the thai ruby that i wanted to show bonnie. I bought it from a local mall for about 70 sgd (50 usd) with chain and all and the lady from the shop told me it is thai ruby.However the strange thing is when i was in Thailand wearing the necklace, the Thais told me that its not a thai ruby....

It doesn't really matter much what sort of stone it is, because it's beautiful! Has that lavender tint, just like my ring.
