    Just under 10 inches across and 6 inches high, this flower pot has a yellow clay base, so might be from ohio, maybe? it's got pattern of three compound leaves with 3 leaflets and a simple five-petal flower. this was in the box with the victorian bronze door knocker and the black widow spider. i got the whole box w/ a bunch of pots too for $10!

      Looks a bit like older McCoy unmarked stoneware, but not 100% sure... nice though!

      I checked my McCoy books last night, but did not find this pattern or glaze, so I'm not so much thinking McCoy... the mystery remains, but a nice hanging basket though!

      thank you for doing that beyemvey! who else has a nice yellow body like that? it definitely looks ohio to me. it's also larger than most of the hanging pots i see around.
