This vintage pocket watch was made in USA. There is a serial number on the movement. I'm not sure the make. Can someone tell me the make of this watch?

The symbol of the maker is very close to that of Maserti, the sportscar maker and they make watches too.
Do you mean Maserati ? Of Modena Italy ? No , this watch is made by the Trenton Watch Company .
