I don't normally buy these because the ones I see in the shops are boring. Was 2 bucks and some change. This one is a design I haven't seen before and couldn't find a like item on the web. Measures 1.5 inches high and about 2 inches across. Ribbed brass trim. Hand applied enamels. The gold lustre design looks transfer printed.
Mid-century? I think it's cute.
