This is a large sterling silver pendant / brooch with the Dutch Lion.
It's 5 cm. wide. You can wear it as a pendant or a brooch. It has a trombone clasp. Marked with the Dutch sword.
Found on a flea market a couple of years ago.

With the crown and stance it is a heraldic lion.
