    Its a lovely piece really...looks like Van Briggle , not sure of height can't find my tape measure...signed on bottom...which looks like JM Springs Ma or Springma / Springmas... 1833 / 1933...hard to tell if its 1833 or 1933?

    Heavily incised with Trees , a Bird in flight with what looks like clouds and rolling hills...Colours are Blue over Green...

      Has a distinct Art Nouveau look about it ...lovely. So, I would assume 1833, but that's to early for Art Nouvea.
