    I can see it’s H. Mow???

I’ve blown it up, turned it over, googled several spellings and NOTHING!
I’m sure someone knows who made this thrift store find?

Hey Gillian, Howell or Howele has not crossed my mind as the first initial is rather clearly an H. But the names first letter looks like an M, but danged if I can figure it out....lol. But now I’m trying to see an H and I’m thinking you are right.....yet again;~)
And btw, I looked through the links you shared about carnaval glass and I think you are way right about this being made by someone just learning. But it is unusual for sure, and I suspect that’s why I can’t find anything similar.

Is it a bell? You don't say what it is. I don't even know if it's metal haha

H Howede would be my guess. And yes, even I can see that it's a metal candlestick holder :)
