Happy New Year from Devon UK. The largest of my beautiful Asian vases. It stands approx 18" high, 8 " at its widest and 3 1/2" neck. Not sure whether it's transfer or hand painted. Again in almost mint condition. Could someone confirm that it's Japanese as I think that Mt Fuji is featured and the signature doesn't look Chinese.

      Is this gyozo ?
    13. renedijkstra, 4 months ago
this is japanese it aint gyozo and they Frankensteined the mark
    14. Collectables59 Collectables59, 4 months ago
Why would they do that ?
    15. renedijkstra, 4 months ago
because its business, the mark ought to be tomatosoup orange or, mocca real qyozo makes money so they imitate it like they imitate xangzi cobalt blue

    16. Collectables59 Collectables59, 4 months ago
So not worth a dime then ?
    17. renedijkstra, 4 months ago

it doesn't matter what it's worth as long as you like it, its VERY low on EV= expected value, it wont make the cut in any auctionhouse

      Thanks again. Neil
