Generally these vases with green trailing blobs are by Stuart, but your's is a little different. The green is a lighter colour and the blobs are softer and less defined. I'm wondering if it's Powell.

As far as pattern, I would say it's very close to the LILY PAD PITCHERS AND VASES. At least you can google those and get the correct terminology for the green stretched things. It's nice and thanks for sharing it with us.
