This was found in my late Grand Mother's attic wrapped in newspaper.
It states to be a piece by Lucero L. Moreno and has the number 3 on the side of it.
Just wondering if this is something of value?
Regardless, I am going to keep this !!

Never know what you will find in an attic, great find.
He's beautifully designed and appears to be standing on the matador's cape, a gore victory for the bull!
