We picked this vase up at auction in early September. It was misidentified as being porcelain. Go figure.
It is an Imperial Free Hand line FH 200 vase in Mirror Blue Lustre. It was part of Special Lot 1973 and was produced ca. 1923-24. We like the rich iridescent blue and simple classic form. Items from this line were made without use of a mould in the old manner of creating glass vessels.
