This Leon Hatot ATO clock did not run because the previous owner(s) had messed up a contact point which triggers the pendulum to move, I discovered after taking it apart twice. I cleaned it and put it back together and it has been running ever since. It will run on a "D" cell battery for over two years, if the battery doesn't decompose first.
