Dear appreciators of antique and vintage jewelry, feast your eyes on this egg yolk amber necklace that I stumbled on yesterday ($8, would you believe it?). It looks so much like an egg yolk I fear one day I might eat it. Unmarked silver with a gorgeous amber in the middle and 4 complimenting moonstones set in the “Arts and Crafts” style. The very long (36 inch) necklace is also gorgeous and era appropriate.

Gorgeous necklace, the beautiful "egg yolk" does look like natural amber to me, I had a lovely hs graduation gift of that stone some yrs ago - nice find
