Good day ,
can you maybe help me with your opinion Is this wheel usable ?Is it missing any important parts that would be difficult to replace.

These are called "castle wheels". They could be easily taken apart and packed away. This in such beautiful condition that I 1st thought a repro, but there aren't many of us that would put that much work & detail into one. Beautiful piece. Don't know how well it works until you try.
