Picked this up at an antique shop in Yucaipa, Ca. Condition is amazing. Holds 6 bottles and has fabric cover.

I’d like to see the inside under the cover....are the bottles able to sit upright with the cover over them?
I agree with Watchsearcher I would also like to see the bottom
Nice decorative item, a reproduction of a scarce original carrier with cover. The "tell" on this one is how the top wood support is fastened to the two sides. On the original, it is dovetailed. The repro is secured with nails.
Daddy_Nobucks (I love that name!), I thought the same thing about the method in which this item is held together. Those few tiny nails would be insufficient to support the weight of 6 full bottles.
I also noticed that the wooden handle shows a lot of wear while the paint job on the carrier looks pristine.
