Beautifully Patterned Vase, is it Kralik?

Just got this and initially from the pictures wasn't too sure about it but once it arrived I loved it, sort of looks like a piece of Kralik has that oily sheen to the glass, the pattern follows around on the bottom finishing with a rough pontil. It's also big 325mm high!
