Got this the other day and it seems no one else noticed it on the local version of Ebay. Ticks all my boxes Victorian, complete, uranium and a silver plate stand, silver spoon (don't know if it's original) and very reasonably priced. It's only tiny 7cm across of the bowl and of course the frill glows!
