Silver? Bracelet (China)

I purchased this today thinking it was a silver and turquoise panel bracelet. Well now, I'm not so sure. This is the third time I have found with "CHINA" encased in a box as the jewelry mark. The stones are very secured with bending prongs. So, I need to know if anyone can help me with identifying the metal, possibly the stones. The stones may be something else. Anyway if you could help, I would appreciate it.
