The rack makes this one a great display and value as it was less than twice the price of a single model. I think the one thing that would have made it better would be 2 different models instead of both being the same model with different paint. But I can always switch things around.
Anyway this is a pair of 1941 Willys Gassers. In 1941 the only thing Willys would be doing is Jeeps. Gassers were very popular until Pro Stock sucked the oxygen out of the room in the early 1970s. But then again they are still around. There will be a retro style drag meet in Irwindale and I am sure some will be there. Plus there should be some good car shows coming soon.
