      Hubley made a French bulldog door stop that was unmarked. It was a two piece item with a single screw holding it together. It was Hubley Item # 304. It should be 7 3/4" tall X 6 3/8" long and weigh 4 1/2 pounds. The collar on this one is questionable both in design and the color. If you google Hubley Item 304 you will see dozens of fakes presented as the real thing. The dimensions are the best means of identification because fakes are never exact.

      Take notice of the single screw in mine and especially the collar in photo #2 shows a studded collar.

      Yes, he does look different. I usually shy away from these things because they are easy to reproduce. But, if I like it I don't really care. Thanks for the comment!
