    Boy this is well made, but I have no idea what it is used for. It's about 7" tall. On the side of the top it has markings from 1/4" to 1 1/4". I'd appreciate it if one of you guys can school me on what this might be. Thanks

      This adjustable tool is used to turn the tenons on the ends of wood wheel spokes .
