      This one is tougher. I ran the picture of the top of the dish through Replacements's ID tool:

      https://www.replacements.com/identify/china

      But it didn't come up with anything convincing.

      The picture of the china mark is a bit fuzzy, but it looks like a shield or a coat of arms with a bird on it (and I can't make out what else), surmounted by a crown.

      I also see what looks like an upside down number 5 next to the crown and shield, and what looks like an incised 2006 under the glaze near the edge.

      Anyway, a casual search of Google Images using criteria like "pottery mark crown and shield," "china mark crown and shield," "china mark crown and coat of arms," etc. didn't turn it up, but that doesn't mean it isn't out there.
