This green colour vine design plate is said to have been made by Bordallo Pinheiro in Portugal. I can't confirm this 100% unfortunately, but with some more research you can find out.

I don't want to make it difficult for you but somebody else think it is an English decorative plate.

I noticed that the base of my one is different & the 3 points where it has been fired is something to do with antique pottery, but can’t remember, but remember it’s something to look out for in antique hunting

Here Steptoe, they use Firing Stilts for Pottery to separate the greenware during Kiln Firing:

With the green plate’s design of grape leaves and tendril, I just seems possible or likely that it was meant to serve grapes. (That’s what I would use it for anyway). :^)

Thanks tallcakes for helping, it seems exactly the same, I did think it was antique but wasn’t sure.
