This is a lovely double flower brooch by Sherman in shades of blue.
It comes with the original tag as well as being marked on the back.
It looks in new condition...I doubt it was ever worn.

I have come across a few pieces myself that had a signature and also a tag. I wish I would have bought more of this design. I had posted one of these with amber and green stones which I still love. This one of yours is a treasure of a beaute !~
