Big Wheel Hand Cultivator Nice and Rusty

This isn't quite a plow but some sort of farm/garden implement. Looks like it was reversable but now rusted tight. What I know is that is called a Big Wheel as it has the large wheel. Of course there is also a small wheel.
It is hard to photograph as it tends to disappear into the background. Speaking of the background that is my backyard. It is rather rocky so using this would not be easy. Plus animals would eat most crops. Anything I plant has to be wrapped with gopher wire. But it is just garden art. Note backyard has no gnomes or tricycles, I think an old Model A truck would look nice back there. Or an old buckboard.
