DejaVu, I really like this iridescent green glass because it's not 'overdone', the slight purple-gold glaze does not obscure that lovely emerald green
Scott, it's great to add this glassmaker Robert Held to my collection, he did several smallish glass paperweights & I was lucky to acquire one more nice one which I'll show here in future. Frogs are always super in glass and especially in green their natural color
Glad you liked this frog vintagelamp! My collection is most of what I've posted, less some glass animals that got broken when we moved a couple times since I started on CW. I keep most things in jewelry armoires or glass display tower/cabinets, there is a lotta stuff lol :)
Phil when they add an iridescent sheen to a glass animal, it does catch the light better, and I got to photograph this ribbit guy on a rare early Spring sunny day as we are definitely getting alot of April showers here in NY
