B.F. McDonald Co. First Aid Kit

We have a couple other B.F. McDonald products posted here but not by me. They were known for hard hats and helmets. This first aid kit is made out of helmet quality steel. Apparently the hard hats are made from aluminum.
I like how it opens like a drawbridge. Looks like some original contents but the liquid products at the bottom are not as they do not fit in the holders in the bottom tray very well.
Hard to say how old it is so I will not say.
