I found this on our local version of Ebay. No one else it appeared was interested and I got it at a bargain price.
I wonder if it is Welz. 20th Century Glass listed one but all they said was it was Czech.
210mm high and 105mm wide including the blue leaves.

Very cool, & worth checking with the UV light as there might be a touch of uranium (& maybe also cadmium) in the spatter...
