Here is a 3 1-4"H cobalt blue glass owl toothpick holder by Wilkerson Glass with raised W imprint on inside base. Wilkerson Glass was founded in 1975 in Moundsville WV

Phil I tried to do justice to this owl in my photos, it was really hard to get the W imprint inside the cup to show through but I did my best. The nubby texture of the glass made for pretty pix overall. Thank you for your wonderful comment
