Here is a 6"H rotund iridescent blue glass cat with dark speckles and a cartoon-like face with whiskers, and clear orig label that reads Fabrique au Main/Hand Made

Phil thank you for your fabulous comment & cool observ....this cartoonish kitty sure looks like he could be buoyant, he's got that little round body that would look cute bouncing on the water. However, he's a rather heavy glass piece, really adorable with amusing features that make him fun to have around :)
