Here is an 8"W yellow glass pickerel fish that was part of an endangered animal series for the World Wildlife Fund made by glass artists Paul Hoff and Paul Slominski for Kosta Boda in 1981. Distributed in Sweden, Switzerland, Germany and England

Striking fish pose! Looks like the real thing!
Many thanks for the thoughtful love everyone, it's always warmly appreciated
DejaVu thank you for your terrific comment, Paul Hoff the artist was very careful with the realistic detail on his animals esp the fish. I loved finding this yellow one, it seems most of his animals were in neutral tones i.e. grey & brown, so a colorful one is always welcome. This WWF collection is a favorite of mine
Thank you MacArt & Hum for the love, it's very kind of you both & always much appreciated
Thanks Hum & Thomas for the love, very kind of you both & I am most grateful
Gorgeous piece and because of you I have especially grown to love the seemingly spooky way some have seem to come to life as this one does so beautifully. Outstanding !~
Thank you Phil for the love & fabulous praise for this fish, it certainly is a lifelike sculpt even in size, I was so lucky to find this from a US seller as the international tariffs are so prohibitive, & I had bought most of this line from other countries esp Sweden where they were made
