I found this bottle at a local sale. The now deceased owner was a missionary in Hong Kong. Is this bottle a scent or perfume bottle and is it made of jade? Any information is appreciated!

The only info that I can tell you, the bottle is made of glass, by a high end glass house. The bottom shows nice circular polished pontil, where the rod was removed from the hot glass.

This is an antique French Grand Tour Royal Palais Opaline Crystal & Ormolu (Dore Bronze) Perfume Bottle, circa 1860. 19th Century Napoleon III era. Lots of information if you use the right keywords in a search engine. Exquisite piece!!
