I have a large dresser drawer full of old costume jewelry; I have tried to find the pieces with real stones but anymore the scrappers are driving the price of jewelry at estate auctions around here through the roof. I use to get whole sets, brooch, necklace, earings that all matched. Just not seeing any large brooch sets and have not seen a large hat pins in years. Happy Holiday brooches are a thing of the past; my great grand kids will be on a forum like this showing their tongue rings.
