    I have had this piece for awhile...but not sure who made it...My guess is Welz, but I am not sure. Anybody have an idea?

      I think Harrach might be a solid contender for this as well.

      I could be a technique many glass factories used, this shape does look welz but Kralik shapes have this technique as well, see the blue releaf pic i sent- kralik shape
