They do look like the same little guy
Mine is a greener wood, big red smile, and a squarer chin. Plus you can see a quality difference. V's is much higher.
V's must be worth making knock offs. I've seen a few of these in here. Will have to be on lookout. Oh and Good Morning:)
I always pick up the wooden figurines. There are several levels: highest is the Danish stuff...teak and smooth lines.
Then Swedish...lots of wood groves, almost stripy
Japanese...50 kitch.
American...walnut usually
