This is a sweet 17cm vase with inverted tear drops at the base. (A b****r to clean). It has a silver collar whose date letter has been polished out. The makers mark is poorly impressed but could be part a D and L. Of course it could also be many other things, but David Loebl seems to have been particularly careless in ensuring his marks were deep enough not to be polished entirely out.
