Ozmarty posted a lovely green vase recently with the same collar and dimples - see http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/52947-kralik-stohlze--vase
Both he and Mac63 say on that post it is Stolzle, or Stoelzle, so that's good enough for me.
If there were any doubt, they are not alone - see http://users.skynet.be/fa000612/stolzink.htm.
Alfredo has there identified this type of glass, and/or the collar, as Stoelzle - on the site dealing with the Inkwell ID project.
However, I now have to amend the above as I gather most recent received wisdom, not least from Alfredo, is that these are now believed to be Kralik. As ever, the research moves on! Thank you Al.
