I'm kind of straddling the razor thin fence between Rindskopf and Kralik on this one - both produced martelé glass in this color (as did Loetz, but the execution here leads me away from Loetz), and both did applied glass ornamentation on such vessels. But the shape of the vase (reminiscent of a sky blue Rindskopf I once had) and the color of the ornamentation push me towards Rindskopf. As always, I'm willing to hear other ideas and make corrections if needed.
Mold blown, 11" tall, factory ground rim - circa 1900.
