This décor has been seen on a flask and a small hexagonal vase both posted by welzebub. By chance the hexagonal vase can be seen on welzebub's latest post should you wish to compare.
In normal light the bowl looks to be blue and black but in bright sunlight you can see that the black is actually amethyst. In image two the sunlight is coming through the grid of the flower arranger or 'frog' as well.
This is a new shape for me at least.
