Hi CW Gang:
Vintage Wood type of plaque picture with a metal mount of a Deer so the Deer gives the picture depth. These were popular back in the the 1969's and 1970's era as I recall. They were usually at a Souvenir Gift Store where you could buy Deer, Bear, Trees type of metal plaque pictures like this to bring home from you holiday. Plaque of wood has like a burned design around the edges, but REAL wood !!
Not sure what the True name these are called.......??

I just call them "souvenir plaques", whatever mounts they may have -- birds, bears, deer, etc.. [;>)
