Johann Wilhelm Jankowski (c. 1800-c. 1870) was an Austrian-Bohemian vedute painter.
Heinrich Fuchs: ``Worked around 1825 until 1861``
He was very prolific. Paintings of Venice are easily recognized, but not every place was identified and therefore described as e.g. Idyllische Stadt (Idyllic town) , Fantastische Landshaft (Fantastic landscape) or simply Landschaft (Landscape).
I could not identify the town in this painting, either. Most likely a town on The Danube river.
