Here is a Victorian thorn vase by Welz, in yellow & white spatter with a clear casing. The applied green foot contains uranium & glows under UV light. It measures 20.5 cm tall, 3.5 cm across the base & 8 cm across the base. There are some losses to the footed base but it still displays nicely.

The tube of the vase should glow orange under UV from the cadmium used to make the yellow... Nice example.

Thanks so much, Michelle! And having checked it with my UV light, it does have an orange glow in the inner layer.
