just found it behind a cupboard in our flat.... I've known who did it once ago but it seems I am becomimg senil...
it's heavy and has a size of 50,5cm x 40,5cm - which is nearly 20" x 16"
in my opinion it's a nice piece of action painting influenced west german pottery

The Green tarnished area where the enamel has chipped away makes it appear to be copper. I'd say it's a cool enamel on copper panel.
