Nice picture I love horses. Especially when they are running.
Try a Google search on the painters name. Who knows, could be worth something.

It looks like a reproduction of “Free as the Wind” by August Albo (1893 – 1963). My dad had a beautiful print of this, it’s a favourite of mine!
