While out at my local Car Boot Sale late in the morning lots of people had walk pass it , i came across this Violin with Bow but no case , the women who had it for sale said her kids where going to wreck it and it had to go ! I think it is a Louis Lowendall ? circa 1890 markings on shank end are "Paganini "Violin there is also a star shape emblem with some letters in the middle but I can't make them out ? has anyone got any thoughts on this or can they tell me where to research this Violin further any information would be of interest thanks Colin
