    I believe this by the Pam Clock Co Inc Brooklyn NY USA.
    Beautiful shape and working condition. I'm not sure on the age of piece.

      Good ole S & H green stamps, we collected them but never got a single free item

      I recall gluing strings of them in the books. There also were Holden Red Stamps and some other one which was gold colored. We had some of all them because my mother read the grocery ads in the newspaper then shopped at each store for their bargains.
      I recall going to the show room where you could select items to "buy" with your books of stamps. It was fun seeing all the merchandise but my mother always got some household item like an iron or set of kitchen knives or a lamp--but never a toy!
